Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method, with potential deductions for transaction fees. By purchasing coaching services, clients acknowledge that success depends on their effort and engagement, coaching is not a substitute for professional therapy or legal advice, and all interactions remain confidential, with redistribution of coaching materials strictly prohibited.

Professionalism and respect are expected in all sessions, with disruptive behavior potentially leading to service termination without refund. House of Overflow reserves the right to update policies at any time, with changes communicated via email or on our website.
